1. Don't do it.
2. See #1.
3. If you must disobey 1 and 2, cut yourself.
4. Put some effort into cleaning up the email:
-- a) Remove all but one instance of "Fwd" from the subject. I don't need to be told 20 times that what I'm about to think about reading is a forward. Once is more than enough, and will also increase the likelihood that I will actually open the email.
-- b) Remove everything between the original "Forwarded Message" (or appropriate counterpart) line and the actual content of the email itself. I don't need to see 50 emails of people I don't know or will every meet, nor do I need to hear about how funny or emotional the 4th person before you thought the email was. And I don't want to scroll down 8374 lines before I read two paragraphs about brass monkeys.
-- c) Remove any grotesque and unnecessary middle school styling and graphics. I can read something just fine without it being 137pt font, bold and bright red. And I'm not 4 years old - I don't need a little fuzzy rabbit holding a candy cane to make me laugh. Actually, ctrl-A + Delete is a fine key combination to properly format any forward.
If you fail to put an effort to number 4, I will delete your supposed life changing forward, and write your name on the board with 3 checks after it, since that will clearly meet your level of mental understanding for being bad.
